Default Nov '12 All In Flux

If all your skills use one attribute, gain +3 Health regeneration and +100 max health: your skills also cost 25% less energy.

Intially seems to be feasible for monks, necros, and mesmers. As in in works going all in one line with those professions, not exactly meta changing. Would seem to gimp mellee, ranger, and paragon professions. Earth eles could also work around this.

My opinion would be monks and mesmers would benefit the most.

welcome back from Halloween!

Healing monks often have to take some defensive skills like Balanced Stance or Protector's Defense to prevent knocklock wars or sins from instakilling them, and thus cannot get an advantage of this flux. If mesmers and eles do not take something like Shield Bash or Return they can now easily have a +100 hp 3 regen and a HUGE energy save. It is again an ele flux, it seems..

Mesmers can make some very fun All-In Domination or Illusion builds. Maxing out fast casting makes it even juicier. Fast casting purge signet (and the proper -energy weapon set) with that high level of FC is just hot.

Actually, that problem can be worked around by speccing 12 heal (+runes & head), 10 divine favor (+runes), and 8 tactics or motivation using a req 7 shield with 15 AL with +10 AL vs slashing and/or +10 AL vs blunt. The reason for a req 7 shield is due to the high frequency of weakness.

Holy veil can be used since it's not linked to any attribute and vigorous spirit can be used to cover it. The energy reduction from the flux allows veil to be maintained indefinitely on yourself (in matches with hexes) and this makes a nice combo with blessed insignia.

Another +5 AL from a spear and you've got a fairly hardened monk with high health and 3 pips of health regen.

The real problem is that Spotless Soul is inferior to Draw Conditions for the purpose of getting rid of blind or deep wound at that crucial moment. Another problem is that All-In Earth Eles are ridiculous in this flux and facing against 2 of them on the same team is when you really miss not having Balanced Stance or Dolyak Signet.
